Hi there 👋 Welcome to my page! I am an MSCA PhD Student at the Computer Vision Group, supervised by Prof. Joni Kämäräinen and Prof. Esa Rahtu. My research focuses on sensor-based positioning of mobile work machines in dynamic forest environments. Before starting my PhD, I spent time as a Junior Researcher at the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics (CIIRC), CTU in Prague, working on situational awareness for robot manipulation under the supervision of Prof. Robert Babuška.

I graduated with a Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where I completed my thesis at the Autonomous Robots Lab under the supervision of Prof. Kostas Alexis and Prof. Martin Ludvigsen. My master’s thesis focused on uncertainty-aware mapping and exploration for vision-based underwater robots.
